Electric & Hybrid Fleet Repair
Most repair centres can’t touch the high-voltage side of an electric van. Sapphire Garage handles HV isolation, body repair, battery inspection and re-commission for fleets that need their EVs back on the route fast.
Approved Repair Partner For
Last-mile fleets shouldn’t have to split an EV accident repair between a specialist high-voltage shop and a body shop. That doubles the time off the route, the paperwork, and the cost. Sapphire’s IMI-certified technicians do both on the same site, the same job.

Electric & Hybrid Fleet Repair FAQs
Are your technicians qualified for high-voltage work?
Yes. Our EV technicians hold IMI Level 3 qualifications — the recognised UK standard for safe high-voltage automotive repair.
What if the battery is damaged?
Any collision near the battery floorpan triggers a manufacturer-spec integrity inspection — physical, thermal and electrical. We document the result and only proceed once the battery is confirmed safe.
What happens if the battery is condemned or the vehicle is written off?
We hold damaged HV batteries in compliant on-site storage and arrange OEM replacement where the fleet operator approves it. Where the vehicle is written off, we issue a documented condition report your insurer or operator can use to settle the claim.
Will repair void my fleet warranty?
No. We use OEM parts and manufacturer-approved methods, and supply the documentation your warranty audit needs.
Do you handle Amazon, DPD or Evri-spec vans with route hardware fitted?
Yes. Scanner cradles, parcel shelving, telematics and sliding-door electrics are standard M.E.T. work for us.
Do you collect damaged EVs?
Yes. We use flatbed recovery for any EV with potential HV damage. Driving an electric vehicle with a compromised battery isn’t safe.
