Car had alignment issue, took it to a few garages, none of them could get the car to drive straight, sapphire garage is very knowledgeabe and got the car driving right the first time, not the cheapest but very professional👍

Hyundai recommended Sapphire garage to me. During my first telephone contact they were very helpful and arranged with me to assess my car and formulate a plan which Carlo did the next day.
Carlo was extremely helpful and assisted us through the process of getting approval from the at fault party's insurance. He kept me up to date at all times by phone and email.
The repair was completed efficiently and effectively and again communication was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the whole process.
All of the staff were professional and friendly at all times. Nothing was too much trouble.

Had a technical fault with my car and Carlo and the team at Sapphire Garage sorted it out quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what they were doing and why, which I really appreciated. The level of service was fantastic – the issue was fixed promptly, the price was very reasonable, and they even valeted my car and topped up the windscreen washer fluid! It’s clear they go the extra mile for their customers. I’d definitely recommend them and won’t be going anywhere else for any car needs in the future. Thanks again!

I have had 3 vehicles repaired by Sapphire over a few years and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the friendliness of the staff to the professional and honest way they deal with you - it’s a revelation in an industry traditionally with a good portion of “dodgy” work and overcharging. Two of my jobs were “unusual” but nothing phased the team at Sapphire and unlike other companies, you can even speak with the owner if needs be. Super guy. Leads from the front and sets the standards his staff work to.

Excellent service. My wife’s Abarth had a problem with its side skirt beginning to detach. Carlos and Tasha got it in and fixed the same day. Side skirt now looks as good as new. Everyone happy. Thumbs up.
