Hyundai recommended Sapphire garage to me. During my first telephone contact they were very helpful and arranged with me to assess my car and formulate a plan which Carlo did the next day.
Carlo was extremely helpful and assisted us through the process of getting approval from the at fault party's insurance. He kept me up to date at all times by phone and email.
The repair was completed efficiently and effectively and again communication was excellent. I was kept informed throughout the whole process.
All of the staff were professional and friendly at all times. Nothing was too much trouble.

Had a technical fault with my car and Carlo and the team at Sapphire Garage sorted it out quickly and efficiently. They kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what they were doing and why, which I really appreciated. The level of service was fantastic – the issue was fixed promptly, the price was very reasonable, and they even valeted my car and topped up the windscreen washer fluid! I have had 3 vehicles repaired by Sapphire over a few years and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the friendliness of the staff to the professional and honest way they deal with you - it’s a revelation in an industry traditionally with a good portion of “dodgy” work and overcharging. Two of my jobs were “unusual” but nothing phased the team at Sapphire and unlike other companies, you can even speak with the owner if needs be. Super guy. Leads from the front and sets the standards his staff work to.

Excellent service. My wife’s Abarth had a problem with its side skirt beginning to detach. Carlos and Tasha got it in and fixed the same day. Side skirt now looks as good as new. Everyone happy. Thumbs up.

Do you offer specialist electric vehicle repair in Manchester?
Yes. Repairing Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Hybrids requires specific qualifications due to the high-voltage systems involved. Our technicians are IMI-certified to safely power down, repair, and re-commission EVs. We use specialist equipment to ensure the battery integrity and electrical safety of your vehicle are maintained to factory standards.
Can you handle large vans and commercial vehicle repairs?
Yes. Our Manchester facility is one of the few in the region equipped to handle large-scale van repair. We have the workshop height and heavy-duty equipment required to repair commercial vehicles up to 5.5 tonnes.
What is included in your accident repair service?

Will I be provided with a courtesy car?
Yes. We know that being without a vehicle is a major disruption. We provide clean, reliable courtesy cars to keep you mobile throughout the duration of the repair. For non-fault claims, we can often arrange a like-for-like replacement vehicle that matches the size and specification of your own.
Do you use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts?
