Our workshop and offices are complete with the latest LED light bulbs. This means reduced carbon dioxide output and up to 75% less energy used compared with older incandescent lighting.
Latest USI Italia spray booths. Motorized with automatic variable speed fan motors. Computer controlled to constantly adjust performance making the booths more energy efficient.
Our paint department uses the latest AkzoNobel and BASF water based vehicle paints and coatings. Water based to create a purer and less harmful chemical of paint.
Our workshop uses the latest Boge full filtration screw air compressor. This includes air treatment and decadent filters to ensure quality air is produced with no oil contamination. Noise pollution is also reduced thanks to the compressors unobtrusive noise level and super silenced panels.
Recycling
All car parts which are damaged beyond repair are recycled here at Sapphire. We obtain contracted collected of all recyclable elements including metal, rubber, plastic cardboard and paper. One example of our efforts is used and old tyres being recycled to generate rubber flakes for artificial football pitches.
